Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Calibration Engineer role based in Coimbatore.

The Calibration

Engineer will be responsible for planning, performing, and documenting calibration activities for biomedical equipment and related systems to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include executing calibration and testing procedures, analyzing data, identifying deviations, and implementing corrective actions in coordination with cross-functional teams. The role involves working closely with powertrain, electrical, and mechanical components, troubleshooting issues,



and supporting product development and maintenance activities.

The Calibration

Engineer will also contribute to process improvements, maintain detailed technical records, and support audits and quality assurance initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Calibration and Testing for precision equipment and systems.
- Candidates should possess skills in Powertrain systems, including performance analysis and optimization.
- Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Electrical Engineering, with experience in circuits, sensors, and instrumentation.
- Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Mechanical Engineering, including mechanics, thermodynamics, and system integration.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Biomedical, or related field).
- Experience in medical devices, automotive, or industrial equipment calibration is beneficial.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and standards, and to use calibration and testing tools effectively.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and adherence to quality and safety protocols.
