We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic CAD Trainer (Mechanical) to train students in mechanical engineering design software and help them develop industry-ready CAD skills. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, practical design experience, and excellent teaching and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct training sessions on mechanical CAD software, including AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, Siemens NX CAD, and Creo.

- Develop and update training materials, manuals, and practical assignments related to mechanical engineering design.

- Provide hands-on demonstrations, workshops, and project-based learning experiences.

- Assess student progress, evaluate performance, and provide constructive feedback.

- Assist students with software-related technical issues and troubleshooting.

- Stay updated with the latest CAD software, mechanical design standards, and industry advancements.

- Customize teaching methods according to students' proficiency and learning requirements.

- Organize and supervise practical projects to enhance students' technical skills.

- Maintain student attendance, training records, and progress reports.





- Coordinate with the Centre Manager and other trainers to improve training quality.

- Deliver both classroom and online training sessions as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Design, or a related field.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, Siemens NX CAD, Creo, or other relevant mechanical CAD software.

- Robust understanding of mechanical design principles and drafting standards.

- Prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience is preferred.

- Knowledge of analysis and meshing will be an added advantage.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities.

- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.

- Passion for teaching and helping students develop industry-relevant skills.

- Willingness to continuously upgrade technical knowledge and teaching skills.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
