Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled CAD/CAM Engineer with hands-on experience in multi-axis CNC programming and CAD/CAM software. The candidate will be responsible for CNC program development, toolpath generation, machining strategy optimization, and process development for new products. The role requires strong technical knowledge of CNC machining, with a focus on improving machine efficiency, reducing production cycle time, and ensuring smooth manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software.
- Generate accurate toolpaths and machining strategies for production.
- Conduct machine trials and validate CNC programs for successful execution.
- Support new product development and process improvement activities on the shop floor.




- Optimize CNC machine performance and reduce machining cycle time.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to ensure efficient project execution.
- Prepare technical drawings and documentation for cutting tools, jigs, and fixtures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in CAD/CAM engineering and CNC programming.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software such as VISI, Mastercam, SolidWorks, Rhino, and AutoCAD.
- Experience in part programming, toolpath generation, and machining strategy development.
- Ability to prove, test, and validate CNC programs on machines.
- Knowledge of process development, cycle time reduction, and CNC machine optimization.
- Experience in preparing technical drawings for cutting tools, jigs, and fixtures.
- Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
