Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) to manage financial operations, accounting, taxation, budgeting, cost control, financial reporting, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have solid analytical skills, financial expertise, and the ability to support management in business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, and financial statement preparation.
- Handle GST, TDS, income tax, and other applicable statutory compliances.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor budgets, cash flow, expenses, and working capital.
- Perform cost analysis, cost control, and variance analysis.
- Coordinate internal audits, statutory audits, and tax audits.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial dashboards for management.
- Reconcile bank accounts, ledgers, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
- Support financial planning, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks,



tax consultants, and government authorities.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple financial activities.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A;).
- Knowledge of budgeting, costing, and internal controls.
- Experience in preparing MIS reports and management presentations.
- Strong attention to detail and financial accuracy.
- Experience in the real estate, hospitality, or infrastructure industry is an advantage.
