Job Title: Business Development Executive / Business Operations Executive Department: Business Development & Operations Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and responsible candidate to manage business-related activities, develop customer relationships, support sales and marketing, coordinate distribution, and help the organization achieve its business goals.

Key Responsibilities Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base. Sales & Marketing: Promote products and services and achieve sales targets.

Customer Relationship: Communicate with customers, understand their needs, and provide support.

Team Management: Coordinate with team members and support daily business activities. Distribution & Operations: Monitor product distribution, dispatch, delivery, and stock availability.

Market Research: Study competitors, customer preferences, and market trends.

Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business performance reports.

Business Growth: Develop strategies to improve sales, productivity, and profitability.





Qualifications Minimum qualification: 12th pass or any degree, depending on company requirements. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills. Interest in sales, marketing, and business management. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
