Role Description The Business Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat.

The Business

Specialist will support commercial growth by analyzing market opportunities, customer segments, and product performance, and by contributing to business planning and strategy. This role includes coordinating with clients and internal teams to understand requirements, prepare proposals, and ensure smooth execution of manufacturing projects.

Specialist will handle day-to-day customer communication, address service inquiries, and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include preparing reports and presentations, tracking key business metrics, and supporting initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess market trends, and support business decisions.
- Candidates should possess Business and Business Planning skills to contribute to strategy, forecasting, and growth initiatives.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with clients, cross-functional teams, and leadership.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to manage client interactions, resolve issues, and sustain long-term partnerships.
- Relevant experience in FMCG, beverages, manufacturing, or contract/OEM business environments is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfort with basic business analytics tools is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in office, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
