About the Role

Cashflow Trader is looking for a proactive and analytical Business Risk & Problem-Solving Executive who can independently investigate business problems, handle difficult client situations, identify operational risks, and implement practical solutions.

This is not a conventional customer support or sales role. We need someone who takes ownership of problems, thinks ahead, coordinates across departments, and helps management prevent recurring issues and improve business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle escalated client complaints, disputes, and difficult conversations professionally.
- Investigate customer issues related to sales commitments, course access, payments, refunds, and service delivery.
- Identify business risks, operational gaps, financial discrepancies, and potential process failures.
- Investigate root causes and recommend practical solutions to prevent recurring problems.
- Coordinate with sales, customer support, finance, marketing, and technical teams to resolve issues.
- Review payment, enrollment, refund, and other business records to identify discrepancies.
- Identify potential misconduct or irregularities and document findings objectively.
- Maintain a risk register and track corrective actions, deadlines, and outcomes.
- Prepare management updates on significant issues, emerging risks, and business improvements.
- Escalate critical financial, legal, and reputational risks to management.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure all investigations are evidence-based and properly documented.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in business operations,



problem-solving, customer escalations, quality assurance, risk control, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking and practical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to handle difficult client conversations calmly and professionally.
- Strong ownership, accountability, and decision-making skills.
- Good documentation, reporting, and follow-up skills.
- Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and ensure problems are resolved.
- High integrity and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with strong practical experience. Experience in business operations, customer success, fintech operations, education businesses, service businesses, or quality assurance is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
