We are hiring an experienced, result-oriented Business Operations & Growth Manager to independently oversee our multiple salon branches and beauty academy.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations across all branches.

Lead, train, and monitor employee performance.

Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and profitability targets.

Oversee customer satisfaction, bookings, and lead conversions.

Manage academy operations and student admissions.

Control expenses, inventory, and vendor coordination.

Implement SOPs, KPIs, and performance tracking systems.

Submit daily reports and ensure smooth operations with minimal CEO involvement.

Requirements: 5 years of management experience, robust leadership, sales, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in salons, beauty, wellness, or multi-branch operations preferred. We are looking for a proactive leader who takes complete ownership, drives business growth, and builds high-performing teams.
