Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage car loan sales from lead generation to disbursement, ensuring timely processing and customer satisfaction.

- Develop and maintain relationships with dealerships, understanding their needs and preferences to drive business growth.

- Identify new opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products such as insurance, accessories, etc.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues in a qualified manner.

- Meet monthly targets set by the organization while maintaining high levels of quality control.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-1 year of experience in car finance or related field (NBFC).

- Strong knowledge of car loan processes, including documentation, valuation, and disbursement procedures.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.

- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) with basic computer literacy required.
