Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage relationships with dealerships across India to increase sales of refinance products such as Used Car Loan, Car Loan, Vehicle Finance, and Auto Loans.

- Identify current business opportunities and develop strategies to grow revenue through cross-selling and upselling of refinance products.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues related to loan disbursement, documentation, and collections.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive lending landscape.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-4 years of experience in auto finance or a related field (used car loans, vehicle finance).

- Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments (e.g., bonds), and regulations (NBFC).

- Excellent communication skills for effective relationship management with dealerships and customers.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets set by senior management.
