Business Development & Operations Associate – VisionOOH (Founder's Office)

Compensation: ₹20,000-45000 /month fixed + performance incentives on deals closed

About Us

VisionOOH is the outdoor advertising arm of Visionosh Technologies, helping brands reach audiences across Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities in India through billboards, transit media, and on-ground campaigns. We're a lean, rapid-growing team, and this role works directly with the founder.

Who We're Looking For

Someone who thinks like an owner. You'll wear many hats, from pitching a brand in the morning to closing a vendor deal in the afternoon to raising invoices by evening. If you enjoy variety, take initiative without waiting to be told, and want to learn how a media business actually runs, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

- Make prospect calls, follow up on leads, and pitch OOH campaigns to brands and agencies
- Prepare client proposals, presentations, and media plans in PowerPoint
- Maintain trackers, rate cards, and campaign data in Excel
- Draft quotations, agreements, and formal correspondence in Word
- Raise invoices,



follow up on payments, and coordinate with accounts
- Coordinate with media owners and vendors across cities for site availability, pricing, and execution
- Track campaign execution and share proof-of-display reports with clients
- Support the founder on new business initiatives as they come up

What You Bring

- Graduate/MBA (Marketing, Sales, or any field), with 1–3 years in sales, media, advertising, or a startup
- Confident spoken and written communication in English and Hindi
- Comfort with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Comfort with cold calling and handling rejection
- Organized and dependable with follow-ups
- Bonus: experience in OOH, media buying, or agency sales
