- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the recruitment and HR consulting industry.

- Generate leads through LinkedIn, job portals, cold calling, email marketing, and networking.

- Connect with HR Heads, HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Heads, Directors, and business owners.

- Acquire current clients for permanent staffing, executive search, bulk hiring, and recruitment services.

- Understand client hiring requirements and offer suitable recruitment solutions.

- Prepare and share company profiles, proposals, presentations, and commercial agreements.

- Negotiate recruitment fees, payment terms, and service agreements with clients.

- Maintain and update the sales pipeline, client database, and follow-up records.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.

- Coordinate with the recruitment team to understand hiring requirements and ensure smooth service delivery.

- Follow up with clients for feedback, new hiring mandates, and pending payments where required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
