1. Job Overview A Business Development Manager is responsible for developing business opportunities, finding new customers, building strong client relationships, and helping the company increase its sales and revenue.
2. Roles and Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities. Find potential customers and clients. Contact customers through phone calls, meetings, and emails. Explain company products, services, and business opportunities. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct market research and analyze competitors. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports. Follow up with existing and potential customers. Support the company in expanding its market reach. 3. Required Skills Good communication skills. Strong convincing and negotiation skills. Leadership and team management abilities.

Educational Qualification
