Techventers is looking for a Business Development Manager with experience acquiring and managing international clients for digital marketing and website development services.

Experience working with Australian clients is preferred. Candidates should confidently handle client communication across Australia, the US and the UK.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify recent business opportunities and generate qualified leads in international markets.
- Connect with prospects through email outreach, LinkedIn, networking and other relevant channels.
- Conduct discovery calls, understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials and close deals.
- Build relationships with businesses and agencies seeking white-label partnerships.
- Coordinate with the delivery team for smooth onboarding and clear project handovers.
- Maintain the sales pipeline, track follow-ups and work towards agreed revenue targets.





• Attend client meetings across relevant international time zones.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of relevant business development or international sales experience.
- Proven experience working with Australian clients.
- Ability to confidently manage conversations with clients in Australia, the US and the UK.
- Strong spoken and written English, including comfort understanding international accents.
- Experience selling digital marketing or website development services.
- Strong proposal writing, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales reporting.

• A proven track record of generating business and closing deals.
