- Identify, Connect and maintain the data base of the Construction Site by the Type of

Construction (Real Estate, Infra-projects, Industrial, Maintenance Work, Faade Works etc.)
- Analyze and forecast the site requirement with the key contacts for firestop products.
- Maintain the PR and Cordial relation with the Site Office / Contractors / Consultants /

Architects

- Converts the projects leads in favor of company.
- Inspect the installation carried out by applicator

Others

- Achieve Monthly sales and collection target.
- Solution provider to the Technical and Sales Team

(Analyze and prepare the techno commercial offer based on the data received from sales,

support technical team to prepare BOQ and BOM)

- To explore the potential of product requirement at the projects.
- Train applicators on firestop applications
- Coordinate demonstration
- Developing / Nurturing Dealer & Direct business
- Daily Reporting to Manger Firestop and Foams.
