1. Identifying Pilling Contractor / Drilling Contractor /Mining Contractor/ Construction Contractor / foundation rental customer.
2. Identifying Construction Company and contractor who could make direct investment in foundation / drilling / construction product. Responsible for developing sales in the entire region.
3. Maintain regular contact with potential customers on a day-to-day basis, Need to take care of sales of equipment in the region
4. Organizing sales visits, and identifying and establishing current business.
5. Meeting sales target set for the area
6. Providing pre-sales technical discussion /assistance and product education to customers
7. Studying specification of company product,



doing promotion and pitching to the client.

Expectation from this role :
- Responsible for improving efficiency and increasing departmental profits. Piling rig marketing and sales is the main job responsibility.
- Have to oversee several elements in a business, including hiring staff, operating budgets, and launching price promotions that could attract more customers.
- Shaping the work environment, setting strategy, allocating resources, developing managers & team and overseeing Sales operations of construction segment.
- Increase the territory base and market share of construction segment Piling rigs.
- Control budgets and optimize expenses.
- Ensure employees in team are motivated and productive.
- Providing Training Opportunities.
- Give Constant Feedback and Communicate Effectively with customers and internally also
