About the Role

JAMS Creative Marketing Solutions is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth by generating leads, acquiring recent clients, and converting potential prospects into long-term business partners.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of digital marketing services, excellent communication skills, and proven abilities in lead generation, client acquisition, sales, and deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, referrals, and other channels.
- Generate, qualify, and manage leads for digital marketing services.
- Pitch services including SEO, social media marketing, performance marketing, website design and development, branding, and content marketing.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial outreach and follow-ups to client conversion and deal closure.




- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare business proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
- Achieve monthly lead generation, client conversion, and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Requirements
- Experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Understanding of digital marketing services and their value for businesses.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to generate quality leads and convert prospects into paying clients.
- Target-driven mindset with a proactive approach to business growth.
