Universal Media is a growing advertising and marketing agency providing a range of marketing solutions, including outdoor advertising, transit media, influencer marketing, and WhatsApp/SMS marketing campaigns.

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager who can identify recent business opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to the company's revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Business Development: Identify, approach, and acquire recent clients for the company's advertising and marketing services.
- Lead Generation: Generate qualified business leads through networking, cold calling, client meetings, and other relevant channels.
- Client Presentations & Sales: Present marketing solutions and proposals to prospective clients, negotiate terms, and close business deals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to support ongoing business opportunities.




- Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and support the execution of marketing campaigns.

Skills & Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Experience in advertising, media, or digital marketing will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong client relationship management and business development abilities.
- A target-oriented approach with the ability to achieve sales targets.
