Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective customers through assigned leads and understand their property requirements.

- Present real estate projects, highlighting key features, pricing, amenities, and investment benefits.

- Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and consistent follow-ups.

- Schedule and coordinate property site visits with interested clients.

- Handle customer queries, address basic objections, and assist in converting leads into successful bookings.

- Coordinate with the Team Manager to support negotiations and close property deals.

- Maintain lead records and work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.





Candidate Requirements

- Experienced candidates with an interest in sales.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.

- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.

- A proactive, goal-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.

- Prior experience in real estate, telesales, inside sales, or business development will be an added advantage.
