About Roam Rewards

Roam Rewards is a Bengaluru-based startup changing how people discover places and how local businesses attract customers.

Our platform helps people discover cafés, restaurants, and experiences through their social circles while earning rewards on eligible purchases. We help local businesses reach new customers, increase footfall, and encourage repeat visits.

We’re looking for motivated students who want to help us grow our user community and onboard local businesses.

What You’ll Do

- Get students and young people to sign up for Roam Rewards.
- Promote Roam Rewards through college communities, WhatsApp, Instagram, and personal networks.
- Reach out to cafés, restaurants, and other local businesses in Bengaluru.
- Explain Roam Rewards and convince merchants to agree to join the platform.
- Follow up with interested businesses and help move them towards onboarding.
- Maintain an Excel or Google Sheets tracker of user signups, merchant outreach, onboarding commitments, and progress.
- Share a straightforward weekly update on your results.

Monthly Targets & Compensation To qualify for the ₹2,000 monthly stipend, you must achieve the following within one month:

- 50 user signups — track all signups in the designated Excel sheet.




- 3 merchant onboarding commitments — obtain confirmation from at least three cafés, restaurants, or other eligible businesses that they agree to onboard with Roam Rewards.
- Complete tracking — maintain an accurate Excel sheet recording user signups, merchant details, outreach status, follow-ups, and onboarding commitments.

Signups must be genuine and unique. Merchant commitments must be documented and verifiable; merely contacting a business does not count as an agreement to onboard.

The stipend will be assessed against these targets at the end of the agreed monthly period.

Qualifications

- Currently a college student or recent graduate.
- Good communication skills and confidence approaching people.
- Interested in startups, sales, marketing, or entrepreneurship.
- Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and consistent.
- No prior experience required.
