Business Development Executive – Staffing & Recruitment

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Business Development Executive to acquire new clients, develop business relationships, and generate recruitment and staffing requirements from companies across Manufacturing, Pharma, Healthcare, and other industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential corporate clients for recruitment and staffing services.
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and direct client visits.
- Connect with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Heads, Plant HR, and decision-makers.
- Explain the company's recruitment, contract staffing, and payroll services.
- Schedule client meetings and follow up on business proposals.
- Obtain client empanelment agreements and negotiate commercial terms.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to understand client requirements.
- Maintain a database of prospects, client interactions, follow-ups, and business opportunities.




- Achieve monthly lead-generation, meeting, and client-acquisition targets.

Required Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in cold calling and interacting with recent clients.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and basic CRM tools.
- Ability to generate leads and follow up consistently.
- A positive attitude, self-motivation, and target-oriented approach.

Eligibility
- Qualification: Any Degree or MBA in Marketing/HR preferred.
- Experience: 0–3 years in Business Development, Sales, Staffing, or Recruitment.
- Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also apply.

Compensation
- Salary: As per experience and company norms.
- Performance-based incentives for successful client acquisition and business generation.

Working Details
- Work Location: Himayatnagar, Hyderabad.
- Working Days: 6 days a week.
- Reporting To: Business Development Manager / Management.
