Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team for an On-the-Job Training (OJT) project. The candidate will be responsible for developing corporate partnerships, acquiring clients, and creating opportunities for student internships, final placements, and OJT programs.

Please note: This position is based exclusively at our Mira Road office. Candidates must be comfortable working from this location.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, approach, and acquire corporate clients and industry partners for student internships, final placements, and OJT opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with companies, HR teams, recruiters, and industry stakeholders.
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, email outreach, and client meetings.
- Build partnerships with organizations to facilitate student training and placement opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal Training & Placement teams to understand student requirements and industry expectations.
- Follow up with prospective clients, negotiate business terms,



and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Track business development activities, client pipelines, and placement-related outcomes.

Required Skills
- Experience in business development, corporate sales, client acquisition, or institutional partnerships.
- Preference for candidates from the education, EdTech, vocational training, or skill development industry.
- Experience in Training & Placement (T&P;), internships, campus placements, or OJT projects will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates residing in Mira Road, Bhayandar, Dahisar, Borivali, or nearby locations.
- Candidates willing to commute daily to the Mira Road office.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
