About the Company

We are a growing Marketing & Digital Promotions Company working with leading music labels, Punjabi music artists, singers, producers, and entertainment brands. We specialize in music marketing, digital promotions, artist branding, and promotional campaigns across various digital platforms.

We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented, and result-driven Business Development Executive to generate leads, acquire new clients, convert business opportunities, and grow our music promotion services.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation: Identify and generate potential leads from music labels, Punjabi singers, independent artists, music producers, record labels, artist managers, and entertainment companies.
- Business Development: Build and maintain relationships with artists, music labels, talent managers, influencers, and industry professionals.
- Client Acquisition: Reach out to prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, networking, and other channels.
- Sales & Conversion: Understand client requirements, pitch suitable music marketing and digital promotion packages, negotiate pricing, and convert leads into paying clients.
- Music Promotion Sales: Promote services such as YouTube promotions, Instagram and Facebook campaigns, influencer marketing, artist branding, music release promotions,



and digital campaign management.
- Follow-ups & Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with prospects, follow up on quotations, and build long-term client relationships.
- Revenue Generation: Achieve monthly sales targets, generate new business opportunities, and contribute to company growth.
- Market Research: Track industry trends, competitor activities, upcoming music releases, and potential business opportunities in the Punjabi music industry.
- Reporting: Maintain a database of leads, client interactions, sales pipelines, and conversion reports.

Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Strong lead generation and sales conversion abilities.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media promotions, and the music industry.
- Familiarity with Punjabi music artists, record labels, singers, and entertainment networks will be an advantage.
- Ability to build professional relationships and close deals.
- Proficiency in WhatsApp, Instagram, email, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Previous experience in business development, telemarketing, digital marketing sales, or entertainment sales is preferred.
