Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers who want to build a career in affiliate marketing, sales, and digital advertising. The selected candidate will learn how to identify business opportunities, develop relationships with potential clients and partners, and support the growth of our advertising network.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential advertisers, publishers, affiliates, and business partners.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, online research, and other business development channels.
- Connect with potential clients to understand their business requirements and introduce the company's services.
- Assist in onboarding new advertisers, publishers, and affiliate partners.
- Build and maintain skilled relationships with clients and business partners.




- Coordinate with internal sales, campaign delivery, and account management teams to support business requirements.
- Follow up with prospects, maintain lead databases, and update daily activity reports.
- Research market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities in digital advertising.
- Support negotiations, commercial discussions, and deal closures under the guidance of senior team members.
- Work towards assigned lead generation, outreach, and business development targets.

Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and internet research.
- Willingness to learn sales, lead generation, client communication, and affiliate marketing.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and a target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
