Business Development Execetive - Sales / Career Counselling

Pune Kharadi

Role

Lead and manage the Career Counselling/Sales team.

Drive monthly admission and revenue targets.

Monitor leads, conversions and team performance.

Handle key enquiries and support counsellors in conversions.

Train and motivate the team.

Maintain sales reports and CRM records.

Required: 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in Education/EdTech/Course Sales/Inside Sales. Team handling experience preferred. Positive communication, leadership and target-oriented approach. Proven sales experience on paper is a plus.
