Role Overview

We are looking for analytical and solution-oriented professionals who can identify business opportunities, understand customer challenges, and propose technology-driven solutions in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and customer outreach.
- Research customer organizations, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Understand customer workflows, operational challenges, and business pain points.
- Gather and analyze technical and business requirements from clients.
- Design and propose suitable technical and process-driven solutions.
- Conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs) and pilot programs to validate solution effectiveness.
- Handle solution-level discussions and address technical feasibility concerns.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams for solution enhancements or customizations.
- Prepare proposals, RFP/RFI responses, presentations, and solution documentation.
- Ensure alignment between customer requirements and product capabilities.

Eligibility Criteria

- Any Graduate (Mandatory)
- 0 – 1 year of experience in business development, solution consulting, pre-sales, or related roles.
- Exposure to SaaS, B2B products, or technology-driven environments preferred.




- Proficiency in Hindi will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

- Robust analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of software products, systems, or technology platforms.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms, APIs, integrations, or engineering tools.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and logical manner.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Capability to understand business challenges and map them to technical solutions.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams and stakeholders
