Job Summary

Raniwala Jewellers is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive with proven experience in the Gems & Jewellery industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying recent business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
- Identify and acquire new clients and business opportunities within the Gems & Jewellery industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Develop and deliver effective sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.




- Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales strategies and promotional initiatives.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market data, and identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on sales achievements, client feedback, and business development activities.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events as required.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and business development within the Gems & Jewellery industry.
- Strong knowledge of jewellery products, market dynamics, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and generate new business.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel as required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
