We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to generate leads, identify new business opportunities, and acquire clients through freelance platforms such as Upwork, PeoplePerHour (PPH), and Guru.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate leads through Upwork, PPH, and Guru.
- Bid on relevant projects and submit customized proposals to potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and communicate effectively.
- Follow up with prospects to convert leads into business opportunities..
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand project requirements and prepare proposals.
- Track bids, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Required Skills:





- 1–2 years of experience in business development or online bidding.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, follow-up, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to research projects and prepare effective proposals.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT services, web development, mobile app development, or digital marketing will be an advantage
