Key Responsibilities

- Generate and develop new business opportunities through calls, emails, enquiries, references, and market research.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries and convert enquiries into orders.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate pump/product solutions.
- Prepare and negotiate commercial quotations and actively follow up for order conversion.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat and current business.
- Identify upselling, cross-selling, and new market opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue, and conversion objectives.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly track enquiry-to-order conversion.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.




- Maintain accurate customer, enquiry, quotation, and sales follow-up records.
- Work closely with the field sales team to support lead generation and business development.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2-6 years of proven experience in B2B Inside Sales / BDE / Business Development.
- Strong sales, negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Proven ability to convert enquiries into orders and achieve sales targets.
- Good customer relationship management and follow-up skills.
- Experience working on SAP is preferred.
- Good understanding of quotations, commercial discussions, and order processing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong lead generation, pipeline management, and business development mindset.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple customers, and meet deadlines.
- Experience in Pumps / Industrial Products / Engineering Products will be preferred.
- Willing to work WFO at Faridabad Head Office.
