Key ResponsibilitiesContact property owners through OLX, Sulekha, and other sources. Explain the company's property management and lease model.

Understand property details, owner requirements, and expected lease amounts. Generate leads, follow up with owners, and convert interested leads. Coordinate property visits, documentation,



and onboarding.

Update owner details and follow-up status in CRM or Google Sheets. Coordinate with internal teams regarding property availability and tenant requirements. Achieve monthly property onboarding targets.

Required

SkillsGood communication skills in Kannada and English. Sales, negotiation, and convincing skills. Lead generation and follow-up. Customer relationship management. Objection handling and problem-solving.
