About the role

Join a rapid-growing fintech company as a full-time Business Development Executive in business-to-consumer (B2C) sales. Connect with potential customers, understand their needs, demonstrate solutions and close deals in a fast-paced inside sales environment.

Key responsibilities

- Make high-volume outbound calls to generate qualified leads.
- Identify, engage and nurture prospects across multiple channels.
- Conduct product demos and clearly communicate the value of solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build long-term customer relationships while handling quick turnaround times.
- Collaborate with Customer Success teams and Tax Advisors for smooth onboarding and a positive customer experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors and market conditions.

Requirements





- 1–3 years of experience in B2C or inside sales.
- Proven experience in outbound sales and demo-based selling.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technical products and explain them clearly.
- A self-driven, target-oriented approach and proactive deal-closing skills.
