Visyira is a growing company focused on delivering strong results for our clients. We are hiring a target-oriented Business Development Associate who is comfortable with outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) and is motivated by performance-based earnings.

Job Summary

As a Business Development Associate, you will generate leads, run multi-channel outreach, qualify prospects, and convert conversations into qualified business opportunities. This role is strictly target-driven. Your fixed pay depends on your interview performance, and your total earnings grow with every successful project you close.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and lead databases (e.g., Apollo, Sales Navigator, IndiaMART).
- Run structured outreach cadences across phone, email, and LinkedIn (8–12 touches per lead).
- Qualify leads using BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing) and convert them into qualified opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and track daily activity.
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets for calls, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities.
- Collaborate with the team on project-based business development campaigns.

Requirements





- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related field).
- Experience in sales, business development, or tele-sales is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Hindi/local language is a bonus).
- Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven.
- Basic familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms is preferred.

Compensation & Incentives

- Fixed Pay: ₹10,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on interview performance and experience).
- Incentives: Project-based incentives paid on every successful deal/opportunity closed. High performers can earn significantly above fixed pay.
