Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager to build and grow our Physiotherapy Partnership Network across Jaipur.

This is a field-intensive role focused on developing relationships with physiotherapists, rehabilitation centres, sports injury clinics, and healthcare professionals to generate patient referrals and expand Nivaans presence in the city.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and manage a network of physiotherapists and rehabilitation centres across Mumbai
- Conduct daily field visits and relationship-building meetings
- Identify and onboard current physiotherapy partners




- Drive patient referrals and business growth through partner engagement
- Organise clinical meetings, educational sessions, and partner events
- Work closely with pain specialists and clinical teams to improve partner conversion
- Track and manage leads, referrals, OPDs, and procedures through CRM
- Own territory performance and achieve monthly business targets

What We are Looking For

- 1- 6 years of experience in Healthcare Sales, Medical Sales, Hospital Marketing, Referral Marketing, or B2B Healthcare Partnerships
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills
- Comfortable with extensive field travel across Jaipur
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with doctors, physiotherapists, clinics, hospitals, or healthcare providers is preferred
