: Business Development Associate (BDA) Company: PhonePe Private Limited Department: Sales & Business Development Job Location: Siwan, Bihar Job Type: Full-Time | Field Sales About the Role PhonePe is looking for energetic, target-oriented and self-motivated candidates for the position of Business Development Associate (BDA). The candidate will be responsible for expanding PhonePe's merchant network, driving digital payment adoption, promoting merchant services and generating business growth in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities - Visit retail shops, merchants and business establishments in the assigned area.

- Onboard new merchants onto PhonePe's digital payment platform.
- Drive deployment and activation of PhonePe QR codes and Soundboxes.
- Promote merchant lending products and generate eligible loan leads.
- Ensure proper merchant KYC, documentation and successful onboarding.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new merchants.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits and follow up on merchant leads.
- Track daily productivity, check-ins, deployments and business performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes and quality standards.

Eligibility

Criteria - Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; graduates preferred.
- Experience in field sales, FMCG, fintech,



banking or merchant acquisition is an advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Must have a smartphone and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
