Ankur and Sarvesh is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience in architecture and interior sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong client relationship management abilities, and a proven track record of generating business opportunities and closing sales.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads and identify potential clients in the architecture and interior design industry.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and corporate clients.
- Promote the company's architecture and interior design services.
- Conduct client meetings, understand project requirements, and prepare business proposals.




- Negotiate commercial terms and convert leads into successful business deals.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
- Research market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in architecture and interior sales.
- Fluent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and skilled approach.
