We are looking for a motivated and client-focused Business Development Executive to generate leads, build client relationships, and drive business growth in the architecture and interior design industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and identify current business opportunities.
- Handle client meetings, understand requirements, and convert leads into projects.
- Present the company's interior design and turnkey execution services.
- Maintain client relationships and follow up on proposals and quotations.
- Coordinate with design and execution teams.





Requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of architecture, interior design, materials, finishes, and execution.
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience; interior design industry experience preferred.
- Proactive attitude and strong relationship-building skills.
