Acculer Media is seeking a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive with proven experience in client acquisition, sales conversion, and business relationship management.

The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of B2B sales, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
- Generate qualified leads for website development, SEO, digital marketing, and branding services.
- Conduct client meetings, understand business requirements, and propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and service packages.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets.
- Maintain and update sales pipelines, CRM records, and follow-up reports.
- Build long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Coordinate with internal technical and marketing teams for project handover.




- Provide weekly sales performance and pipeline reports to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of proven experience in business development or B2B sales.
- Strong sales closing and negotiation skills.
- Excellent Tamil and English communication skills.
- Ability to conduct professional client presentations and meetings.
- Experience in CRM, sales reporting, and lead management.
- Target-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
- Prior experience in digital marketing agencies, IT services, or website development sales is highly preferred.

Preferred Candidate
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Ability to manage the complete sales cycle independently.
- Strong local business networking and client acquisition skills.
