Role Description The Business Consultant role at Aaira 3D LLP is a full-time, on-site position based in Hindupur.

The Business

Consultant will analyze market opportunities and client requirements, develop business strategies, and provide data-driven recommendations to support growth in Reality Capture and Digital Twin services. Day-to-day activities include conducting business and financial analysis, preparing proposals, leading client meetings, and advising on process improvements and workflow optimization.



The role involves collaborating with technical and project teams to align service offerings with client needs, supporting pricing strategies, and monitoring key performance indicators.

The Business

Consultant will also contribute to long-term planning, identify partnership opportunities, and help strengthen Aaira 3D LLP’s presence in domestic and international markets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Candidates should possess Consulting and Management Consulting skills to assess client needs, design solutions, and guide strategic initiatives.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for stakeholder engagement, presentation of insights, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Candidates should possess Finance-related skills to evaluate business cases, perform cost-benefit analysis, and support budgeting and forecasting.
- Experience in AEC, BIM, technology services, or professional services consulting is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Hindupur, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM or project management software) is an advantage.
