Essential Job Functions:

- Requirement Gathering: Gather, analyze, and document clear business and functional requirements.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate effective communication across teams.
- Roadmap Creation & Management: Define, prioritize, and maintain the product roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Sprint Planning: Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and requirement clarification.
- JIRA Maintenance: Maintain epics, features, user stories, priorities, dependencies, and backlog in JIRA.
- User Story Creation: Create clear, actionable user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.
- Business Process Design: Analyze and design efficient As-Is and To-Be business processes.
- Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with technical, business, and clinical stakeholders.
- Team Management : Coach, mentor, and guide junior BA team members to close out all the BA activities as a team.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 4-6 years

Good to have:
- Clinical Data Domain Knowledge: Apply strong understanding of clinical data, workflows, and healthcare processes.
- This is a client-facing role, so we would need a contractor with the strong communication skills, along with the other R&Rs; defined above.
- Since the client operates in the PST time zone, strong coverage will be required during the evening hours of IST.




- General work timings are expected to be 11 AM / noon to 8 PM / 9 PM IST.
