Responsibilities

- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Map current-state and future-state business processes, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Managers, developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure requirements are delivered as intended.
- Lead UAT planning, test coordination, defect tracking, and validation of business requirements.
- Maintain BRDs, process maps, integration requirements, and traceability while supporting Agile delivery and change management.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience in technology-driven environments,



preferably involving Salesforce CRM and Service Cloud.
- Robust expertise in requirements elicitation, user stories, BRDs, acceptance criteria, and business process modeling.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management, UAT coordination, defect management, and Agile/Scrum delivery.
- Understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud, case management, system integrations, REST APIs, and cross-system data flows.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate across business and technical teams; exposure to Salesforce AI capabilities is an advantage
