Roles and Responsibilities :
- Analyze business requirements to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes using URC (User Requirement Collection) tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including onboarding, to design and develop new processes that meet customer needs.
- Develop detailed documentation of existing processes and create training materials for employees.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of implemented changes.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Solid understanding of onboarding process flows and ability to analyze complex data sets.
- Proficiency in creating clear, concise documents using standard templates and stylesheets.
