Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Analyst with hands-on experience in the General Insurance domain. The ideal candidate should have exposure to insurance business processes and experience across the Health, Motor, or Travel Insurance journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, understand and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze business processes and translate requirements into clear functional requirements / user stories.
- Work closely with business, product and technology teams to understand insurance requirements.
- Understand and document end-to-end General Insurance processes.
- Analyze customer journeys across Health / Motor / Travel Insurance.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows and requirement documentation.
- Identify gaps, dependencies and process improvements.
- Coordinate with development and testing teams for requirement clarification.
- Support UAT,



functional testing and defect clarification.
- Participate in stakeholder discussions, requirement walkthroughs and project meetings.

Must-Have Skills
- 3.1–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong exposure to the General Insurance domain.
- Experience in at least one insurance journey: Health Insurance / Motor Insurance / Travel Insurance.
- Good understanding of insurance business processes and customer journeys.
- Strong Requirement Gathering, Requirement Analysis and Documentation skills.
- Experience preparing BRD, FRD, User Stories and Process Flows.
- Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional Business, Product, Development and QA teams.

Good to Have
- Experience in Insurance/InsurTech projects.
- Knowledge of insurance policy lifecycle, quotations, issuance, renewals, endorsements and claims.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio or similar.
