Role summary

We are looking for an engineering graduate with 2-3 years of business analysis experience to identify, document and help close process gaps across our digital operations. Role would be instrumental to gather business requirements, turn them into explicit documentation, and be the documentation backbone for Manager/Sr.Manager/ Lead-Applications across every stage of an automation initiative before, during and after implementation.

The initiatives you support include new software introductions, software upgrades and custom development, and change management for digital processes.

Required qualifications and skills

- B.E. / B.Tech in any engineering discipline.
- 2–3 years in a business analyst, process analyst or similar role.




- Hands-on experience gathering requirements and documenting process gaps and their solutions.
- Proven ability to write BRDs, FRS, user stories, SOPs and process documentation.
- Process mapping using BPMN, flowcharts or swimlanes (Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io or similar).
- Working knowledge of SDLC, and of Agile and Waterfall delivery.
- Exposure to UAT planning, test case writing and defect tracking.

Preferred qualifications
- MBA (Operations, Systems or IT) or certification such as IIBA ECBA / CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Lean Six Sigma Yellow / Green Belt.
- Experience with process automation projects (RPA, workflow tools, ERP or CRM rollouts).
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma or Value Stream Mapping for gap analysis.
- Basic SQL or data analysis skills (Power BI, Tableau) to validate requirements and KPIs.
- Exposure to change management frameworks such as ADKAR or Kotter.
