DOTS Academy is looking for a knowledgeable, passionate, and student-focused Business Administration Faculty to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of business management concepts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver practical and engaging training sessions.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging and interactive classes on Business Administration and Management.
- Teach subjects such as Principles of Management, Human Resource Management, Marketing Management, Business Communication, Financial Management, and Organizational Behaviour.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and study materials.
- Provide practical examples and real-world business case discussions.
- Conduct assessments, examinations, and student performance evaluations.
- Guide students in developing communication, leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Support students with academic guidance and career development.
- Maintain academic records and ensure effective classroom management.
- Participate in academic activities and curriculum development.

Qualifications




- MBA in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- BBA or other relevant qualifications may be considered based on experience and subject knowledge.
- Previous teaching or training experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Positive knowledge of business management concepts and practical applications.
