Job Title: Customer Support Executive / International Voice Process Location: Gurugram, Haryana Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply Qualification: Undergraduate (UG) and Graduate candidates Salary: 18,000 39,000 per month, depending on experience, communication skills, and process Industry: International BPO / Customer Service

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through international voice, email, or chat support.
- Communicate professionally with international customers and provide effective solutions.
- Resolve customer complaints, inquiries, and service-related issues.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system.
- Meet daily performance targets, quality standards, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Follow company policies, process guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

Key Skills Required

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.




- Good listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency.
- Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Good confidence, patience, and professional etiquette.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, if required.

- UG freshers are welcome to apply.
- Graduates and experienced candidates can also apply.
- Candidates should have good English communication skills.

- Willingness to work from the Gurugram office.
