Job Summary: We are looking for a punctual and safety-driven Employee Bus Driver to manage the daily commute of our workforce. You will be responsible for picking up and dropping off our manufacturing employees between designated transit hubs and our pharmaceutical campus. Your main goal is to ensure our team members arrive at their shifts safely, comfortably, and exactly on time, helping us maintain seamless, uninterrupted operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Timely Employee Transit: Operate company buses or multi-passenger shuttles along designated routes, ensuring strict adherence to timetables for morning, evening, and rotational shift changes.
- Priorities Employee Safety: Drive defensively and safely under varying weather and traffic conditions, adhering to all traffic laws and internal corporate speed limits.
- Routine Vehicle Inspections: Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections (brakes, tyres, lights, fuel, and fluid levels) to guarantee vehicle roadworthiness.
- Maintain Cleanliness & Hygiene: Keep the vehicle interior spotless and sanitised daily. This is critical as our workforce goes directly into controlled manufacturing (GMP) and laboratory environments.
- Accurate Log Keeping: Maintain digital or manual logs of trips, passenger counts, mileage, and fuel consumption.
- Report Issues Immediately:



Promptly communicate any mechanical faults, route delays, or accidents to the Transport Supervisor to arrange for backup employee transit.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Licensing: A valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL Class B or A) with a Passenger (P) endorsement.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience driving commercial passenger buses, corporate staff shuttles, or public transit.
- Clean Record: A flawless driving record with no recent major traffic violations or at-fault accidents.
- Medical Fitness: Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exam, background check, and pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
