Job Summary

We are hiring experienced and target-driven professionals for the positions of Academic Counsellor. & Senior Academic Counsellor. Candidates must have prior experience in the EdTech industry, strong sales and counselling skills, and a proven track record of achieving targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and guide them towards suitable educational programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to convert leads into successful enrolments.
- Achieve monthly sales, admission, and revenue targets.
- Follow up with prospective students to maximize conversions.
- Handle customer objections and effectively communicate program benefits.
- Maintain accurate lead data, sales reports, and CRM updates.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Conduct regular team meetings and track daily KPIs and performance.
- Ensure smooth coordination with internal teams for student onboarding.

Key Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
- Academic Counsellor: Minimum 0-5 years of relevant experience in EdTech Sales / Academic Counselling / Inside Sales.




- Prior EdTech industry experience is mandatory & MBA Freshers with good communication skills are also welcomed.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Skills

- Proficiency in English and Hindi; regional languages are an advantage.
- Strong counselling, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
