We are looking for a highly experienced Building Manager with a strong background in the real estate, commercial property, or coworking industry.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in building/property management. Freshers will not be considered.
- Excellent client handling, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Expertise in managing housekeeping staff, security guards, maintenance teams, and other blue-collar workers.
- Robust leadership, supervision, and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent English communication is mandatory, along with proficiency in Hindi and Punjabi.
- Ability to independently manage daily building operations and maintain high service standards.
