ZICA is looking for a responsible Building Manager / Facility Manager to oversee the maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and daily operations of the Manshya Ffort Complex building.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise building maintenance, repairs, and housekeeping.

- Monitor electrical systems, plumbing, lifts, AC, and other facilities. - Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and housekeeping staff.

- Maintain building equipment, assets, and maintenance records.

- Ensure cleanliness, security, and safety of common areas.

- Monitor utility usage and resolve facility-related issues.

- Coordinate with building management and report issues promptly.

Requirements:

- Experience in building or facility management preferred.

- Basic knowledge of maintenance, safety, and building operations. - Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Responsible, organized, and proactive approach to work.
