About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Brand & Account Lead with strong experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, and brand communication. The ideal candidate will manage client projects, oversee creative content production, strengthen B2B brand presence, and improve website visibility across traditional search engines and AI-powered search platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage e-commerce creatives and social media content for client brands.
- Handle end-to-end client account management, project timelines, feedback, and final delivery.
- Build and manage LinkedIn and social media presence for B2B brands.
- Drive SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to improve search visibility and AI-generated search results.
- Develop case studies, whitepapers, blogs, and thought leadership content.




- Maintain brand guidelines and collaborate with design teams to ensure creative quality.
- Support sales pitches with presentations, case studies, and tailored marketing content.

Mandatory Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in digital marketing and/or e-commerce.
- Experience in communication for large B2C/FMCG brands is mandatory.
- Robust account management experience, preferably in a digital agency or a multi-brand environment.
- Excellent project coordination, content quality assessment, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
- MBA from a reputed institute.
- B2B marketing experience. Experience in handling the team.
- Knowledge of SEO, GEO, keyword strategy, technical SEO audits, structured data, and AI search visibility.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or Semrush.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
